is a group experience where women come together to explore the connection with the body, sensuality, and self-image. The workshops or retreats focus on personal development activities and photography, creating a supportive community. It seeks to promote female empowerment and body acceptance, transforming women's relationships with their image and self-esteem.

It also serves as a research project with the aim of producing an exhibition where the real impact of the dynamics and photography on the participants is explored.

A energia, independente do género, é aquela que nos permite entrar em contacto com as nossas emoções, com o corpo, com a intuição. É a energia que acolhe, que aceita, que conecta (interna e externamente) - é a que nos permite viver a nossa essência através do corpo. É criado um espaço seguro e sustentado, onde te guio para que te conectes a ti, ao teu mundo interior, te re-vejas através do espelho que o outro é de ti e que te permitas ser vista pelo olhar de quem procura ver-te na tua essência.
